In recent days, the Fujian United Petrochemical 300000 ton/year alkylation project undertaken by the Tenth Construction Company of Refining and Chemical Engineering has successfully achieved modular lifting goals for four key equipment, including the de butane tower, de isobutane tower, de light hydrocarbon tower, and raw material de butane tower, marking the peak stage of the project's large-scale equipment. It is understood that the 300000 ton/year alkylation unit is a key construction project of Fujian United Petrochemical Company in 2020, and is one of the key routes in the company's oil quality upgrading process. Since the start of the project, the Ten Construction Fulian Engineering Project Department has continuously optimized and improved the construction organization plan. According to the overall construction goals and requirements of the project, it has quickly sparked a professional construction boom in civil engineering, underground pipeline networks, and other fields, creating favorable conditions for modular construction of large equipment. Since the resumption of the project, the project department has been focusing on epidemic prevention and control, engineering construction, and precise implementation of policies. Various effective measures have been taken to minimize the adverse effects of the epidemic, and large-scale equipment lifting tasks have been completed before the rainy season in Quanzhou, Fujian. In the modular construction of tower equipment, the project department closely focuses on the "100 day campaign to create efficiency" action goal, strives for efficiency in management innovation and work efficiency improvement, and strives to achieve the "double victory" of epidemic prevention and control and campaign to create efficiency. The project department fully implements the enterprise safety main responsibility system, comprehensively investigates various risks and hidden dangers in the modular construction of equipment, and actively creates a safe and stable construction and operation environment. The safety management personnel of the project department organized multiple safety emergency drills such as lifting, temporary electricity use, and fire protection, effectively enhancing the self-protection awareness of the participating employees. At present, the project department will accelerate the progress of ground hardening in the alkylation unit. While completing the modular lifting of large equipment, it has laid a solid foundation for the upcoming professional construction of steel structures, process pipelines, electrical instruments, anti-corrosion and insulation.
