Reasons for insufficient air pressure in silent oil-free air compressors
1. Barometer malfunction
2. The transmission belt between the silent oil-free air compressor and the motor is loose and slipping, or the pipeline between the silent oil-free air compressor and the air storage tank is broken or the joint is leaking;
3. The oil-water separator, pipeline, or air filter is blocked due to excessive sediment;
4. The exhaust valve plate of the silent oil-free air compressor is not tightly sealed, the spring is too soft or broken, the cylinder head bolts of the air compressor are loose, sand holes, and the cylinder head gasket is damaged, resulting in air leakage.
The cylinder liner, piston, and piston ring of the silent oil-free air compressor are severely worn and leak air
1. Observe the pressure gauge. If it indicates insufficient pressure, run the electric motor at medium speed for a few minutes, but the pressure still does not rise or rises slowly. When the brake pedal is pressed, the sound of deflation is strong, indicating that the pressure gauge is damaged. At this time, the pressure gauge should be repaired;
2. If there is no or very little air release sound in the above experiment, check whether the transmission belt of the air compressor is loose, and whether the joints from the air compressor to the air storage tank and then to the control valve inlet pipe are loose, broken, or leaking;
3. If the silent oil-free air compressor does not inflate the air storage tank, check whether there is too much dirt in the oil separator, air filter, and pipeline, and if it is blocked, remove the dirt;
4. Further check whether the exhaust valve of the air compressor is leaking, whether the spring is too soft or broken, whether there are sand holes in the cylinder head, and whether the gasket is damaged. Replace or repair the damaged parts based on the identified faults;
5. Check whether the cylinder liner and piston ring of the air compressor are excessively worn, and check and adjust the installation direction of the unloading valve to ensure it is consistent with the marked (arrow) direction
